Boyds Mills regularly hosts writing groups, literary agencies, and MFA alumni groups, as well as teams, retreats, and more in service our our mission.
With a Custom Retreat, our team will work with you to plan your event from conception to execution, ensuring that every detail is perfect for your attendees.
Accommodations
Our private cabins, hotel-style lodge, and farmhouse can accommodate your attendees with modern amenities and the comforts of home.
Food and Meals
Farm-fresh meals are served three times a day, with snacks and refreshments all included according to your attendees’ individual dietary preferences.

While the Boyds Mills is worlds away from everyday life, we’re tucked in the Poconos moutains of Pennsylvania, only a short drive drive away from NYC and Philadelphia.
In addition to planning support in terms of hospitality, we can also help plan your agenda for event success. We’ll provide turnkey registration and payment services, and can provide a revenue share.
Retreats can be priced in total or per person, based on group size and length of stay. Meals and accommodations are included, with plenty of customizable and special options based on your group size.
