Richard H. Bell Scholarship
This scholarship fund honors Dick Bell, the former chairman of the Highlights companies, president of Highlights for Children, and a former teacher and school administrator. Dick was an enthusiastic supporter of Boyds Mills programs and attended almost all of the Chautauqua Writers’ Workshops.
