The Wheeler Fund for Professional Growth

Established by Gary and Susan Wheeler, The Wheeler Fund for Professional Growth is meant to support Boyds Mills staff in doing their jobs better and more joyfully. Specifically, the fund supports professional development, personal enrichment programs, and tools for staff.   

For Susan, one of the most memorable parts of attending Boyds Mills programs over the years has been the food and hospitality team. Ultimately, the funds will be used to invest in the people who make Boyds Mills so special.
